Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation
We understand that plans change—so we offer no‑questions‑asked cancellations at any point before delivery. Simply contact us by email or phone (details below) with your order ID. If your parcel is already in transit, we will recall it and issue your refund once it returns to our warehouse.
2. Return Eligibility
Because fragrance performance depends on product integrity, returns are accepted only if the perfume jar is unopened and unused. The tamper‑proof seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns of opened jars or products showing signs of use.
3. Return Window
Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please email photos of the sealed jar and outer packaging to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number before shipping the item back.
4. Return Shipping
We will arrange a free reverse‑pickup where courier service allows. If your PIN code is non‑serviceable, we will reimburse up to ₹60 for self‑shipped returns (provide courier receipt).
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Mode: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net‑Banking). COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
- Timeline: Banks typically reflect the credit within 3‑5 business days. Total turnaround ≤ 7 business days in most cases.
If inspection reveals the product has been opened or used, we will notify you and ship it back at your request after collecting a re‑delivery fee.
6. How to Initiate

- Receive RA number and pick‑up schedule or return instructions.
- Pack the item securely; include original invoice inside the box.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund as per Section 5.
