1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern all purchases and use of services on aqila.in (the "Site"). By placing an order or accessing the Site, you agree to abide by these T&C.

2. Order Process
  1. Add desired items to cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter accurate shipping and billing details.
  3. Choose a payment method and complete payment.
  4. Upon successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email with order ID.

Aqila reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We accept UPI, Cards, Net‑Banking, Wallets through Razorpay, and COD for selected PIN codes. Payment must be completed before order dispatch, except COD orders.

4. Shipping

We charge a flat ₹30 shipping fee per order (see Shipping Policy). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without charge until they are marked "Ready for Dispatch" in your account. To cancel, email [email protected] or call +91 92891 33715 with your order ID.

6. Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos. Approved returns are eligible for free replacement or full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days (see Pricing & Payment Policy Section 8).

7. Warranty

Fragrance performance is subjective; however, jars leaking or completely evaporating within 10 days of purchase qualify for replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Site belong to Aqila Fragrances. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aqila’s total liability for any claim arising out of purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Delhi courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Updates

We may revise these T&C periodically. Changes are effective once posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
